I love the 30 Minute Hit in Prosper, TX. I love that I don’t have to be there at a certain time for a class because my workout doesn’t start until I get there and am ready. The owner is amazing and her team is just the best! One of them is always on the floor helping and pushing me to do my best. Even before I hit my 150th time I was seeing and feeling positive results. My only complaint is I’m gonna need to buy new pants here soon because the ones I have are getting too loose ?
