I also noticed that these women were in all sizes and shapes which was such a relief to my not feeling like I’m in the best shape right now ?. We incorporate kickboxing, boxing, self-defense, and core exercises to help you burn over 500 calories in 30 minutes. Our workout is fun, high energy, and a great way to relieve stress while getting in shape. There is always a trainer on the floor to guide and encourage you. And with no set class times, and unlimited workouts included with your membership, you can workout whenever it's convenient for you. We also have a gated child area for your little kids so they can hangout while you workout.
