I started working out at the Carmel location in February with a couple different goals in mind. It has really helped me build up my endurance and start building good habits! It's fun and engaging. All of the trainers do a great job with motivation/support, form correction, and adding in different steps for variety and added difficulty! I climbed Mt Whitney last week (one of my goals) and, while it was still the most challenging thing I've ever done, I felt much more prepared and supported.
