I joined a couple of weeks back and love it!
I love the fact that I can get a challenging workout done in 30 minutes. I can literally leave my house and be back in an hour!
You can make the circuit as hard you want - even on the days that o don’t want to challenge myself I still get a great sweat.
My only critique is that it doesn’t appear that post-workout stretching is promoted. When it is busy, there really isn’t the room to lie down on a mat to do this.
