Can’t say enough great things about this place! You basically have a personal trainer who really cares guiding you through every workout! Melanie is so sweet, amazing and really pushes you! Even though it’s an all women gym, trainer Steven makes you feel so comfortable and is great at making sure your form is good so you aren’t putting your body in harms risk. Love coming in every week. Our circuit is designed for all fitness levels and our trainers will be there to guide you the whole way. Our no set class times allow you to come in and HIT whenever is most convenient for you, easing even the most busy of schedules.
