Physical Distancing

To ensure ample space for members and staff, we have reduced capacity by maintaining an empty station between each station.

Remote Check-in

30 Minute members can now check-in using their smartphone and know exactly when should enter the HIT to prepare for their workout.

Member & Staff Safety Checks

Before each workout or shift, members and staff must complete a quick health and safety questionnaire upon check-in.

Additional Cleaning

Enhanced cleaning during circuit operations and a full deep clean after each block of operating hours ensure surfaces are disinfected regularly.

Clean & Covered Hands

We are requesting all members keep their boxing gloves throughout the circuit to reduce direct contact with equipment and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility.

Towels for Training

We are asking all members to bring a towel for use on the circuit and always have towels available for purchase.
