I love this place. Not only do you get in shape super fast, but you get the added benefit of letting your aggression out by getting to hit and kick stuff (legit, I can’t emphasize the stress relieving benefits enough- it makes life outside the gym more enjoyable). All of the trainers are great and super supportive. NJ Ladies... Welcome to 30 Minute Hit Princeton! We are a women's only gym appropriate for all fitness levels. Are you ready to join a community of women who support and encourage each other in achieving their fitness goals? Our circuit is designed to give you a complete body workout in just 30 minutes! We incorporate kickboxing, boxing, self-defense, and core exercises to help you burn over 500 calories in 30 minutes. Our workout is fun, high energy, and a great way to relieve stress while getting in shape. There is always a trainer on the floor to guide and encourage you. And with no set class times, and unlimited workouts included with your membership, you can workout whenever it's convenient for you. We also have a gated child area for your little kids so they can hangout while you workout.
