It's been just over a month that I've been a member, and I could not be happier. I've always wanted to try KickBoxing but could never find something that appealed to me. Enter 30 Minute HIT Kitchener, and woo! The work out is fun, the trainers are empowering, and it's literally only 30 mins. Just when I think I'm not going to make it, the bell goes off and it's time to do a new exercise. Previously I was a fairly sedentary person.
