If I’m a member at one 30 Minute Hit, can I visit other locations?
Absolutely! One of the best perks of being a 30 Minute Hit member is that your membership gives you unlimited access to every 30 Minute Hit location - at no extra cost! Whether you’re traveling or just want to switch things up, we’ve got you covered.
Do I have to schedule my workouts?
Show up at any time, we do not require that you schedule your workout, you can never be late!
I booked a free trial but need to reschedule. What should I do?
No problem! You can easily reschedule your trial using the link in your confirmation email, or simply contact the location directly. We’re flexible, and we’ll make sure you get in for an amazing first workout!
What’s the minimum age to join?
You can start training at 13 years old! If you're under the age of majority in your area, a parent or legal guardian will just need to complete the membership forms with you.
Do I need any boxing or kickboxing experience to join?
Not at all! No experience needed. From the second you step in, a certified trainer will guide you every step of the way. It's like having a personal trainer - without the pressure or the price tag.
I haven’t worked out in years... Should I get in shape first?
Definitely not! 30 Minute Hit is designed for all fitness levels, especially beginners. You'll go at your own pace with support and encouragement—not judgment. If you're ready to feel stronger and more confident, now’s the perfect time to start.
Do you have an online training program?
You bet! Our custom designed HIT@HOME program allows our members to keep up their training even when they can’t make it to the HIT in person and it is included for free with all memberships!
