I have been a HIT member for a year now and joining this "gym" has been one of the best decisions I ever made. The environment and the ladies are very welcoming, no judgement regarding your level of experience, and the trainers are very motivating and work with you to reach your goals. 30 Minute HIT is a wonderful community to be a part of :)
